Can someone explain to me why on the most famous image of Baphomet, the pentagram has one point up? That indicates the triumph of spirit over flesh right? That seems like a good thing, no? If it was a satanic icon, shouldn't it have two points up, to indicate matter over spirit?
I really don't know what I'm talking about, can anyone clarify?

I have always heard that good guys wear the star (like a sheriff's star, etc) with the single point up.
