Another instance was there Washington DC tree lighting ceremony they did last holidays. Anyone remember? They went to the corner of 17th and Q, no shit actual streets, in DC, and had a ceremony. Yes. That is real.

Holy shit I can’t kind it. It’s been memory holed. There was pictures and everything on the front page. It was some sort of tree ceremony with a small business group. They had a tree on the corner paid for by local businesses, Jill and Joe did a photo op.
And now it’s gone. I can’t find any pictures or mentions of it. Everyone thought it was a big deal because of the location choice. I don’t see any pictures anywhere. How odd.
