If these people focused on getting things done and not touring the campus they would not have to work those hours.
Most people in IT dont have someone breathing down their neck to keep up with productivity demands like manufacturing or in the trades. 84 hours is a lot, but from what I can tell they still wont get much done. Its not a hard working culture there. Maybe thats the reason for the 12x7 work week.
