They have to sign a severance agreement letter to receive it. If they want to go to war, they cannot sign the letter since it will include a “release all claims” clause.

So, fight or three months pay.

And this will cause division among the ex employees as some will want/need the pay while others want to drag out the fight for the class action suit…
