A "blood" moon is ONLY a lunar eclipse. EVERY lunar eclipse causes the moon to look reddish, from the sunlight that passes through the Earth's atmosphere. Lunar eclipses occur about 3 times in a year, so the odds that one would occur on any given day are about 1 in 100. Only moderately rare. Maybe on the order of getting a bad hamburger from Burger King. Not a Biblical occurrence per se, but about as portentous as "It will happen on a Tuesday."
Big changes in the world are often marked by signs in the Heavens.
It has been said by some biblical scholars that blood moons are a harbinger for Israel. And solar eclipses for gentile countries.

Last month was the Hunters Blood Moon.
A blood moon is a sign that God’s judgement will soon be seen.
Soon :)

I know there was an old blood moon prophecy about the end times, but I don't remember the details.
It will come like a thief in the night! No one knows.
