Create a new Twitter account with email. They will likely say you are showing “suspicious behaviour”, and require you to sync your phone number. Use the new google voice number.

Don’t use any previously used jpeg files for your avi or banner. Don’t use any previously used names of suspended accounts.

gotta use vpn, goes too slow
Free VPN services can get overloaded and hence, slow. A subscription VPN service will not slow you down.
If it's free, YOU are the monetised product.
Don't understand your MAC address comment, The services that you connect to should only be seeing the mac addresses of the VPN endpoint server.
NOT true. I paid for Norton vpn and it slowed me way down. Cancelled it
