Here's my mostly uniformed take: Both sides have cheated on every election for at least the last 60 years, pre-Trump. They (meaning, the Deep Statists) were probably going off of data from the prior elections and the number of REAL, LEGITIMATE votes that prior Republican candidates got. I'd imagine that number was somewhere between 50-60 million real, legal votes. So, they predicted Trump would get somewhere just above that threshold, and allocated the fraud according to that. The turnout for Trump shocked them, which is why in 2020, they didn't bother predicting the turnout - no, they literally waited until all the votes were counted before they began their fraud operation, which is why the remaining states on Election Night all stopped counting simultaneously, and it took several days to finish.

i cant believe how many normies just flat out accepted stopping the count in swing states as normal. If Republicans did that it would be a riot
