Does anyone know what was happening?

An aid came in and whispered in Sunak's ear, apparently urgent matter and Sunak seemed concerned like he was considering leaving, but he stayed seated.
A moment later, a different aid came and whispered in Sunak's ear, and this time he got up quickly and rushed off the stage.

What could be happening that would make two aids to a British Prime Minister interrupt a World Climate Meeting... and make Sunak decide that he should go immediately to address that issue?

Maybe it's due to the extreme rain and flooding going on in Southern England this week. He may have gotten reports... and doesn't want the appearance of sitting in a posh Climate Change meeting in Egypt while people in England are losing homes and lives to flooding?
