I believe these are the correct answers to these important questions:

Why did the National Guard activate cybersecurity teams?

To appear as if they are monitoring the election

Who gave the order to 'activate' the cybersecurity teams?

Biden/Govenors, CISA backed

Why?

To protect those trying to steal the election and prevent whitehat interference

To protect the elections?

No

To claim the midterms are 'safe'?

No

Safe from what?

Safe from republicans 'stealing' the election

Setting the stage?

Setting the stage to claim that republicans stole the election
