I think the 3rd party is used as a stealth way to cheat. Some of the 3rd party candidate vote numbers last night were tracking eerily close to the gap between the other two candidates

I hear you and 3rd party pulls votes from the right more than the left in general. On the other hand, keeping someone from running for office is not answer or the American way. Trump thought long and hard as an independent before he ran as a republican. If you remember, the party did not want him at first.
Totally agree. I was referring to key races at key moments. Certainly Anyone can run for whatever they like, when they want. But we need to be smarter at key inflection points. They know they won’t win and they know they will siphon votes from the wrong person.
