A lot of Republican candidates were running on the inflation issue. The reality is that there's no way to stop this inflation from happening. That was assured when they increased the money supply by 550% in two years. Nothing will stop inflation, and if we're in power when it explodes, and we're being fingered as the election cheaters, things would get messier when the military steps in and makes arrests.
It had to be this way. We had to catch the cheat, not stop it, and we had to lose this time, so they would take full blame for the catastrophe we're about to witness.
Just get your guns, gold, and food supply ready for the bumpy parts.
Yep, things are still too comfortable in this country. It's too easy to pretend things are still OK. Especially in places in the middle of the country where we're largely insulated from the foolishness happening on the coasts. We just keep going about our business.
I've been questioning lately whether we're doing ourselves a disservice by holding up our responsibilities to society. By going to work, paying our bills, etc. are we just stringing this situation out? Would it be better if we all just shut down at this point? Let the trucks stop running. Let the power plants go dark. Let the fields remain unplowed. We understand what that would mean for society so we feel responsible to try to keep it from happening, but maybe its going to happen anyway, so why suffer longer than we have to? Some of these people simply will not be motivated to wake up until there's no food on the shelves, no fuel at the pumps, and no water in their pipes. We could make that happen if we just stopped showing up. Not sure if we should, but we could.
