I'd love for that to be the case, but if I had to bet my house on it, I'd put it on Trump making a 2024 Presidential run announcement.

Remember, the key for the past 2 years has been him appearing to the public like he is no longer POTUS, though I do believe through devolution he has been the true Commander in Chief behind the scenes. It will be 100% up to the military to bring Trump out in public as anything more than a former president.
