Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

Add some protein to that! My metabolism keeps me hungry and I eat dinner leftovers when I wake up. I'm starving right now. Bananas, which I usually do eat in the mornings, don't hold me over very long.
That’s a great idea my mom made a homemade beef soup last night, it was so delicious. I almost heated that up, but I thought it would wait and save it for lunch or dinner tonight.
