What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
I've had my recumbent bike for nearly a year and have lost 15lbs and gained stamina and better overall health. I don't ride it aggressively, as I don't want to mess up my knee, but losing fat and gaining muscle is always a good thing. I still weigh 162 with being 5'7" tall. That's loads better than the blob body I had before!
Consistency is key.
I loved the recumbent bike during knee rehab. I could use it for hours without experiencing the taint-crushing pain of an upright bike. 🚳
Muscle burns calories, even at rest. The legs contain the largest muscles. So, working on legs is the quickest way to up your metabolism. Great job! 🐸
Thanks! I figure once I get my knee replaced it will help to have.
