Just go back and read the exchanges between Ryan and others leading up to 2016 election. Paul Ryan was trying to take Trump down and got exposed. He thought his “secret comms” were hidden but in fact trapped him.

Paul Ryan is a globalist Democrat loving loser who has been exposed for the Traitor he is. His opinion is meaningless.
