For music, start slow, expect headaches, and keep an eye on the end result. If you give guitar a shot, expect your fingers to hurt until they callous (sounds analogous to life and our battle, right?). Tons of great resources online, I taught myself through the internet. Nothing more rewarding and fun than just being able to play a song front to back. Completely unlocks a different part of our brains. Give it a shot! No better day than today.
