It seems what you are showing is 27K votes minus for Walker, while +4K votes for Warnock in the same time-period.

It seems then on total, 23.000 votes were gone ...

Its not deductive, its cumulative. So, it would be 31,000 votes that are a result of fraud.

Adding votes for one is the same as taking away for another.
