He is baiting Dicksantis.

If Dicksantis comes back with any retort other than, "What I meant to say was that of COURSE I'm not running for President... I support Donald Trump", then Trump will bury him.

This is from Trump is the olive branch. It's the chance to come back on board because Dicksantis was wooed by the establishment and his green ego fell for it.

It's like watching a Sith Lord toy with a soldier not even listed in the credits.
