I knew I was taunting temptation to get sucked back in here by posting those memes yesterday... and I was predictably right. 🙂

As a consequence, I just spent about an hour pounding away at the keyboard to unload my extended thoughts on the present controversy of the day, and ask that you give it some sticky consideration.
