To do that would also imply that the "biden administration" is the true government of the US. This would be a disaster for the Republic because it would mean Trump was acquiescing to known, massive election fraud. That would bring America down.
He cannot do that and retain a political future. So he won't do it.

I hope you're right but I think we're going to be disappointed. Jason Miller was on War Room last week and said Trump will announce his running for 2024 on Tuesday. I hope this is misdirection but I really don't think it is
