I have a hunch Trumps Nov. 15th announcement may have something to do with SCOTUS announcements of opinions or decisions the day before. Timing is interesting. 🤔

I think him announcing a 2024 run is misdirection. If he does that, he concedes 2020. He wouldn’t have held out this long not conceding, even bringing it up at some rallies, just to do it on a 2024 run. Something is afoot.
I mean, eventually he will have to announce a run for 2024 so whether it's now or later won't it still be conceding?
Not necessarily, Moore v Harper opens the door for state legislatures that offered separate electors in 2020 (enough for trump to win) to have those electors reinstated. State courts rejected them which was unconstitutional. Trump may be reinstated without a 2024 run if this happens. Announcing a 24 run would void that option.
That is, if scotus decides in favor of independent state legislatures. We'll find out by October 2024, potentially in time for it to affect the 2024 elections. The impact would be huge with every state bending the rules its own way.
