Funny thing is, the slaver cabal attempted to cheat Lincoln out of winning by keeping Republican Electors off the ballot in 10 states in 1860.

The machines don't change the vote. People use/program machines to manipulate the vote. Electronic tabulators are actually a wonderful tool. The real problem, are the people misusing the machines.
