Perhaps. That would explain it. That’s the problem when all you have is this little chunk of the picture. There’s a dozen plausible scenarios that could explain that many aircraft shifting at once. Could have been routine squadron movement for the storm, or just a squadron moving from one command to another.

But it could also be because they expect to need significant surveillance assets on the eastern seaboard. Maybe they lost track of a Russian submarine, had something on Sosus that spooked them, or maybe they will need it for Gitmo because they about to start sending powerful people there.
