Okay for Windows 7 you go to the 'My Computer Folder' and right click Properties

And you will go to System = Look below under: See also /

Now click on: Windows Update = from here click on: Change Settings

And this here is my Backup https://www.ashampoo.com/en-us/shop?showdetails=2159 software... With this I can clone my entire HD
