I think I am going to go with simple explanations.

President Trump announces 2024 run and/or he decides to talk about 2020 and 2022 election fraud some more.

There is no rule or law that I found that says you have to announce a Presidential run this early.

We will find out in 2 days what President Trump will present us with.
