It's hard to imagine that the vast, vast majority of Comms being sent involving Comms Aware Patriots/Clowns, is in fact actually meant to communicate to...other Comms Aware Patriots/Clowns.

Why do you think that?

Reading hundreds of DecodingSymbol's decodes which highlight exchanges of information via Comms right before events occuring.

Threats from one Comms Aware entity to another.
Heads up on an impending Op, say COVID
Updates on affiliation.
Updates on the funding of a certain Op.
Letting other Comms Aware know the source behind a certain Op.
Advertising Ops to Comms Aware Parents, or even children.
Explaining why certain actions were taken
Establishing a "Face" for a specific Billionaire
Establishing a "Face" for a specific Idea
Letting the Media know when to run a certain hit piece
Giving fellow Comms Aware updates on what should be classified information

You could see why all of the above would be pretty darn important to keep up with if you lived in Q's world, where blackmail and puppeteer strings and assassinations were all around you. And that this communication was going on WELL before 2017 when Q started posting on 4chan.
