Suggesting something that we won't know the full impact of until later into the future.

"Hopefully" isn't the type of bravado we associate Trump, as a candidate, with.

To me, it feels like the reveal of a big brain Op of some kind. Class action lawsuit perhaps. Something that resonates with the public writ large, but takes awhile.
