That sounds like it could be part of his announcement, that the military is in charge, Biden is NOT president... and that Congress has no standing to order him to testify.
I think he’s going to announce a lawsuit against everyone in the government who went along with the jan 6 committee. It’ll force discovery of all his evidence to prove they weren’t unfounded claims
I do like the idea of military stepping in but I’m afraid the optics of it would look horrible. They’d frame it like a coup and do what they usually do
This is why a lot of what will happen will not be in the public view.
