He would only need to state this, and NOW literally millions could repeat it on Twitter and the DS would be helpless to stop it,fulfilling Q's proof. Remember, there was never a name given for WHO would post it, only that it would be posted on Twitter. Imagine 100 million frogs all echoing it at once. What a glorious vision that would be.
