Somewhere fairly early on (maybe a quarter through the speech) he was saying that people aren't ready yet, they haven't really figured it out, or experienced "X" yet. It was a word that I would equate to the precipice. I should have written it down. Did you catch it? If so, did you catch the time stamp? That was my one tiny hope from this whole thing.
