What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
Well, it's not history but historical fiction, but Edward Cline's "Sparrowhawk" series is very good. It could use some editing here and there so it's not Great Literature, but it's exceedingly informative. Some of the series are harder to find than others, so I'd recommend trying to find the complete set like on eBay or what have you.
Other caveat - it's not detailed history of the Rev War exactly, but rather the entire period leading up to it, with parallel plots in Britain and America. So I'm not sure it really answers your question but I figured I'd mention it anyway.
(Also note, Cline is an Objectivist - so it is emphatically not left-leaning! Protagonist Jack Frake is essentially his John Galt.)
Thanks.
