A president can not be elected to the office more than twice. By not conceding he has left the door open for Q to do whatever they will do to get him in office. Also though, not conceding does not mean that he knows he won. It's just, not conceding. So by him not admitting that he won means he can still run again for office. If Q had reinstated Trump before he announced his 2024 run he could not run, because he can not be elected more than twice. Now that he announced his run & no one is questioning if it's legit because of him already been elected twice, then it has been accepted as legit by common law. Once Q reinstates Trump, it would also be apparent that he must have been elected twice already so some anti trump do gooder could complain but by then he would be grandfathered in because it was already accepted as legit by common law.

Things are already happening, a PA Dem was just impeached, there\s a case before SCOTUS indicting almost all of Congress & more. IDK Q's plan but I think it will finally be upon us quite quickly
