For some reason I can't stop myself from believing they killed Heath Ledger off, who knows? If you look at the plot of The Dark Knight, the things he was doing and whatnot. Like for example, the people he intentionally targeted literally screamed cabal and there's a theory he was special forces or similar due to certain notable aspects about him being spotted that separates him from being random some supposed common criminal or etc.
