Resistance to what? Politeness? Chivalry? Thoughtfulness?

This 'woman' should get to live in a world where none of that exists, just don't force it on the rest of us.

If I'm the last person on earth who still thinks it's right to be a gentleman and have standards, then I'll still do it and the rest can politely go forth and multiply with their reflections.
