Fully agree with OP's headline. Have seen this in my family. Lung 'spots' became full cancer. And 'let's keep an eye on that' sorts of skin issues suddenly warranting biopsies to be sure...

We can no longer dismiss what seem like errors to incompetence - it's all downright intentional destruction being smoke screened as incompetence by having idiots as the face of everything - FJB, Festerman, etc.

Like Joe said, 'the plan is working!'
