If you took donated vaxxed blood, in theory could you “wash it”, remove the spike protein and any other contaminants?

Taking donated blood must be more popular than I ever imagined. A lot of questions about it. Strange.
Anyone awake who has to undergo any sort of procedure, or has family who will, is looking into it. The more who knows it suspect, the more questions there will be. I take it as a good sign.
Donating to oneself or to one's family member might be the way to go
I concur. Also if one knows they'll need it, a person can pre-bank their own blood.
Just thinking the future may require this solution if it gets as bad as we expect.
