Another thing to watch out for in the media are those weird stories that nobody really follows or cares about, but they are pushed everywhere like they are this super important issue. For example, the “murder hornets”. That was back during the start of Covid and there were so many articles about “murder hornets”. But did anyone see a “murder hornet”? Was anyone worried about the “murder hornets”? And then at some point they were dropped like they never existed. That to me suggest some kind of comms. It doesn’t even make sense to me to say “this was just the corporate media generating fear over nothing for ratings” because “murder hornets” sounded so stupid, and didn’t actually generate fear. I don’t even think those articles were getting many views. Yet the media was all over it.
