The cabal isn’t 100% jewish, as we can see cabal operatives from all races. Jews are overly represented by quite a bit, of course. The big unknown is the make-up of the highest level of the cabal. Are they a higher percentage of jews than in the cabal levels we can see? Remains to be seen.

There are non-cabal jews and good jews, but a stubbornly distressing thing is the paucity of jewish criticisms of the cabal.
