The term "elementary school" means a nonprofit institutional day or residential school, including a public elementary charter school, that provides elementary education, as determined under State law.
Where is the criteria that must be met to be considered mentally healthy and if nto all met, services will be provided no matter what? I read through this bill as well and can not find this... but did find that the bill funds sooo many things NOT related to "mental health" (another sneaky term for SEL/TSEL/CRT) like LGBTalphabet people, people who have "seen" or been a part of violence? Migrant or english learner... wtf,
literally the last line: • This will impact ALL STUDENTS--homeschool, private school & public school children.
The ACTUAL bill says nothing about homeschool or private school students https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/7780/text
It refers all definitions to http://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=(title:20%20section:7801%20edition:prelim)
And this can be construed to any school a State decides. We need HSLDA opinion on this, but it doesn't sound good for anyone.
