Yes, so two reasons.

a) because Africans mistrust jabs, for a good reason - they were dying from rounds of shots in the last decade - Their countries were used as a testing ground and many villagers hounded the UN or other 'health' workers right out of town.

b) because they take ivermectin and HCQ on the regular for parasites.
