Has anyone utilized baking soda as a means to raise your ph? I know all of the info out there talking about using it as a way to combat cancer.
I feel I haven’t been overdoing it, but today my body felt like a wreck. Almost like I may have created an alkalosis state and My body reacted by creating acid to balance. Joints hurt like a mother. Very fatigued but getting better with hydration.
I’m also curious about the impacts on blood pressure as baking soda ingestion creates a ton of salt. Thanks for any info/experience.
ok read thru all the comments. Some sauce about the difference between A & H and bob's red mill would have been nice. I know that, with cases like this it's hard to come by. I couldn't find anything different between the two. PPIs like prilosec are bone weakening. (no sauce!) just can't imagine consuming something for years would be good for one's body. Avoidance seems to be a good idea. Not to eat too much at one sitting. Also definitely rest after meals. No swimming! And that is medical fact. And avoid certain foods, peppermint, chocolate, alcohol, citrus, spicy and greasy food (that includes too much cheese) and TOMatoes. Chew lots of gum (no mint) and if you feel the acid boiling up start swallowing, saliva is neutral and works for ME.
