I know you're a decoding symbols guys, so fun little tidbit. Rewatching Polanski's Chinatown for the first time in forever - certainly first time afte being comms aware. There's an early scene where the private dick is sitting in a barbershop and there's other guys around him all reading newspapers with outlandishly large headlines. Made me realize that back in the day, Spooks would undoubtedly meet like this, flash their comms newspapers and say all they needed to say in silence. Just something I bet you'd appreciate. 😉
