This Stingray is typically portable not a tower. Already in use with no warrant required. Can be in a truck, boat, drone, it takes over the connection, but is a portable.

Excellent. I do the same, no mobile phone payment systems. Still trying to get off of using credit cards. Also, don't cheap out on the faraday bag. I got the brand "faraday defense", works well. Some cheap ones do not work.
I have a different view of credit cards, I keep my ratings high and have netted a few thousand in welcome bonuses, and a lot in cash back, BUT I don't carry a balance and haven't paid interest in years, more than a decade.
