Ok, so obviously I was not thinking earlier and posting hurriedly on my break. I knew it was due for a response and when I saw decision, I thought it was a decision to grant "writ". Still waiting I guess.

Read it.... interesting.... cites needing to resolve doctrine. The issue is that there is evidence, but lower courts won't hear it.
