Phase I -- Lie about why people are sick. Claim that the annual cold and flu season is all due to Covid. Claim that people dying (some of whom weren't even "tested") is all due to Covid. Kill some on the ventilators with remdesivir. Call it a Covid death. Terrorize people into having a mystery drug injected into them, the ingredients of which are hidden from the individuals who are ignorant enough to allow this mystery drug to be injected.

Phase II -- Change the narrative, and claim that all the deaths, including those due to the mystery drug, are from Covid.

When you can unilaterally change the meanings of words and terms, then words and terms have no meaning.

It is time to get back to reality.
