Start the pies in about an hour, followed by stuffing snd cranberry. There are only four of us, so we are having a roasted turkey breast, which only takes an hour, but will be infused with garlic, rosemary and thyme butter. Mash and gravy, carrots glazed with apricot preserves and Brussel sprouts roasted with bacon and apples in balsamic and maple syrup glaze.
