In the King James Version of the English Bible [Biblical], the text reads: "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light." [Illumination] The ability to see [Clearly]
We're used to a true or false world. Like a world created in a video game, we see with our eyes a world made of boolean logic. 1's or 0's. If there's an object there, we trust that it's there because the light we see with our eyes, inverse light, doesn't lie about what's on the surface of things. It doesn't lie about what's reflected off of things, the luster of the things we lust after.
Quantum computers use values between 0 and 1. Neither true nor false, but truthy and falsy. The quantum world, the spiritual world, is built of uncertainty. It's built of narratives and not facts, nor artifacts. It's the world of the lines that connect the dots, not the dots themselves. Of forces, not particles acted upon by forces. Of wisdom instead of logic. Of the Logos instead of logic. This world is illuminated by light, but not the light we receive passively with our eyes. It's illuminated by the light that we actively, consciously, shine from our "I's".
Artifact - A phenomenon or feature not originally present or expected and caused by an interfering external agent, action, or process, as an unwanted feature in a microscopic specimen after fixation, in a digitally reproduced image, or in a digital audio recording.
arti- or artio- [Greek artios even in number] Even in number (artiodactyl).
Our eyes cross, focused, fixated on what's before us. What's after us? What's on pace with us?
Relax your eyes and blur out a bit. Look at an object of your choice with your consciousness but don't focus on it with your eyes. Let that object be the only thing in your mind. Odd things begin to happen. There is no spoon.
Meditate with your eyes open, looking at an object on the other side of the room. Then imagine holding it in your hands. Ask yourself, why does it appear smaller than if I held it in my hands? Does that actually make sense? Why do I think that makes sense? How big is that object really? Odd things begin to happen. You can see in 3d for the first time.
Looking toward the other side of the room, ask yourself if you're seeing any light. Do you see any, or do you just see 2d images of objects? Try to see the light between you and those objects. You can see in 3d for the first time.
Look at someone you love and relax your eyes. Let nothing in your consciousness but the concept of your loved one. See them more with your consciousness and less with your vision. What do you notice? Keep doing it. See anything kinda scary?
Are the things you see actually things, or are they images of active processes?
Isn't "created in God's image" a very strange way to say "Created as a likeness of God"?
What is real? How do you define 'real'? If you're talking about what you can feel, what you can smell, what you can taste and see, then 'real' is simply electrical signals interpreted by your brain.
Percepts are sense impressions that mirror real concepts. Our physical bodies are mirroring devices.
People think of mirrors as things that flip an image. What they really do is present a lower-dimensional image of something real, from the mirror's perspective. They take away depth.
It kind of brings me back to that scene in Alien where the crew comes out of hyper sleep. They were dizzy and disoriented for a bit but they managed to shake it off.
I've tried using said gift, most all it gets me is dizzy with confusion, questions I don't know how to answer, Bread crumb trails too nondescript to follow, and a headache. I'm HF autistic and I'm not religious, I think literally, I can't abstract worth shit, so virtually all of this goes over my head unless I wrack my brain and try my damnedest to gleam ANYTHING from a point, and if I'm really lucky, I might only spend an hour trying to work out all the possible meanings of a phrase in this stuff. Maybe its just not meant for me to crack into.
Looking at the world around me all i can think is this:
"Enough must see" Every day the number who see is increasing and decreasing, same with the number who don't, it fluctuates as people figure one bit out, then get stuck on another, people are born and die every day, some who know die, some who don't know die.
"You are being presented with the gift of vision" You can give a monkey ratchet wrench, doesn't mean he'll know what to do with it, also doesn't mean he'll be able to work out what to do with it.
"Their dark actions on full display" Yeah, meanwhile the folks who make and run the displays are burying the dark stuff as quickly as it pops up, or faster, and they get better at doing it virtually every time they have to do it, do the good guys have a leg up on them? How can I know that? How can I know for sure that's the case? I can't, cuz all of this is so veiled in abstraction I can't make heads or tails of it.
"Have faith in yourself" I don't care about faith, I care about capability, and I can't make myself more capable without at least knowing how to make my way through the info in the most basic way possible, give me the tools, I'll try to figure out how to use them, and I'm far too disheartened with people to sit and hope that they do the right thing, its just as easy to do the wrong thing for what you THINK is the right reason, especially when both sides are spouting so much real and fake info its impossible to keep up with.
"People are no longer blind" THIS GUY RIGHT HERE STILL IS! I'm over here busy bumbling through a pitch black room, no light at all, trying to teach myself braille by reading the bumps in the wallpaper using one finger.
Maybe I'm just not cut out for this stuff, it makes my head hurt, Quantum light? what does that mean? "Let light guide you" I can't there ain't none, I could sure as shit use some that's for sure.

So that's what the letter Q stands for : Quantum.

Some of us Always saw...
Catholics, Roman and Greek Orthodox, celebrate Mass. Does any other denomination call it that?
I've never heard of Roman Orthodox?
Isn't it usually Roman Catholic?
Not sure it's refereed to as "mass" in Greek or Russian Orthodox?
Yeah, by Orthodox I meant both Russian and Greek, the literature I've seen translates missals and mass.
Ok, thanks for clarifying .
