I have gotten fishing messages on Youtube comments saying I won a prize and telling me to message @XXXX at telegram stating I won a prize. So theres something going on...

An Example:

message me on telegram👉@JoshStrife replied: "Great fan,🎖💫 You are among the shortlisted Winners ❤️❤️ Use the Above name to Acknowledge your prize.........." 8 days ago

These things come up on all type of content NOT just game streamers. I get them even when making a derogatory comment.
