Instead of a 'white' Christmas; it looks like we are going to have a 'dark' one.
I'm dreaming of a White Christmas.
Me too. I planned ahead, shopped ahead, already prepped and ready. It is the rest of the little children and families that my heart goes out to. I pray that the Lord intervenes before anything really bad happens. My prayer is for everyone to have a White and Warm, very fulfilling and giving Christmas. Amen.
You set the bar high in being prepared. As long as there is not too much snow. Shoveling snow is not as glamorous as the movies make it out to be. Have a great Saturday Mary. My Mom would often make Turkey a la King, for Dinner a few days after Turkey was served.
Mmm! Sounds great; but I can't keep the Hubby from making Turkey sandwiches with what we have left. I divide the turkey with my daughter at the end of the meal so she can feed her brood of a husband and 3 kids. The oldest child (born on Thanksgiving day 12 years ago) has hit his teenage 'I can't stop eating' phase. We almost have to have a shovel to feed him with. Haha.
Or maybe "a blue, blue Christmas without you" anons.
Probably; but let's hope not.
