I know of a similarly shaped building used as a bank that was as wide as that one. However, it is at least 2x-3x longer than the one in the pic the op posted. From what I understand, the one I'm familiar with was garage before it became a drive-thru bank (they built a narrow road around the garage, it wasn't literally drive thru :-) ).

I am pretty sure it is still a bank to this day ... haven't seen the place in years ... I know the structure was still there relatively recently ... I simply cannot remember if it was still a bank though :-) .
